SynergyICTHub

The main objective of the SynergyICTHub project, implemented by the Consortium Leader – Kielce Technology Park (KPT) in support of the smart specialisation area of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), is to strengthen and develop the consortium of entities operating around this specialisation and to support the growth of the ICT sector in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
The mission of the Consortium is to support the regional ICT services sector by integrating stakeholders active in the industry and by building a strong ICT representation aimed at promoting the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship as an attractive location for ICT companies and both domestic and international industry investors. The project will contribute to strengthening cooperation between business and academia, creating favourable conditions for the transfer of new technological solutions to the economy, and implementing innovative initiatives that will enhance the competitiveness and innovation capacity of the regional economy.
The project will support ICT companies in strengthening their skills and capabilities in the areas of smart specialisation, industrial transformation and entrepreneurship. This support will be delivered through a broad range of activities aimed at improving business skills and competences, including training courses and workshops.
The project will also include networking events, international study visits and meetings of Consortium members, enabling the exchange of information, knowledge and experience between entities operating within the Consortium and across the ICT sector. In addition, companies will be offered advisory support based on a “one-stop-shop” model, providing comprehensive business assistance, particularly in the areas of networking, cooperation with other organisations, and research and development (R&D).
Alongside activities aimed at engaging and integrating stakeholders active in the Information and Communication Technologies smart specialisation area, the project provides for the establishment of an ICT Consortium Steering Committee. Supported by industry experts, the Committee will serve as an advisory body contributing to the implementation of the “Regional Innovation Strategy of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship 2030+” and to the identification of strategic research and development programmes regarded as priorities for the development of the Świętokrzyskie region.
Furthermore, the project includes a range of strategic activities, including a foresight study aimed at shaping the long-term development of the ICT sector in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, the preparation of an ICT sector development strategy, and the development of documentation related to the establishment of an ICT cluster in the region.
The activities planned under the project will contribute to strengthening the competences of smart specialisation stakeholders, particularly in the areas of transformation towards Industry 4.0, entrepreneurship and technology transfer. These activities will stimulate the development of the Świętokrzyskie region and enhance its competitiveness through the transfer of research and scientific achievements into the economy and through the organisation of events contributing to a strong regional identity.
