International Technology Transfer Academy (ITTA)
The objective of the project is to identify the actual needs of the technology transfer sector, develop and test a training programme, and ultimately train a total of 150 participants.
The programme is addressed both to young people and final-year university students, as well as employees of implementation and research departments in companies, consultants working in technology transfer offices, intellectual property centres, and advisory departments of technology parks and incubators.
Some participants will take part in training at national level, while others will participate in international training groups. This will enable the exchange of experience and knowledge related to technology transfer, as well as discussions on barriers, legal complexities and practical challenges encountered in this field.
The exchange of knowledge and experience is one of the key objectives of the Erasmus+ Programme and will contribute to improving the qualifications and competences of professionals involved in technology transfer.
Training materials will be developed on the basis of international experience, and the scope and methodology of the training programme will be tested during the project.
The project is aimed at young people aged 18–35, as well as employees of technology transfer offices, universities, corporate research and development departments, technology parks, incubators and investment funds.
Training sessions will be organised in each partner country and delivered both in a traditional classroom format and through e-learning, using a dedicated online learning platform developed under the project.
