Selection of tenants to the Technological Centre

The rental of properties in the Technology Centre, constituting the Zone II of the Kielce Technology Park, is based on the Resolution of the City Council No. XXXVI / 654/2012 of 8 November 2012 as amended on the detailed conditions of the use of property held under a permanent management of the Kielce Technology Park.

Selection of the companies is effected by means of an open tender procedure.

1.

Service-laboratory-production building

 OULU TECH

Usable floor area of 4,245.62 square meters. Composed of 8 modules, each from ​​358 to 410 square meters that divides into smaller rooms.

Preferences

The tenant acknowledges the granting of preferential rental rates for entities operating on the market for no longer than 5 years and eligible for de minimis aid in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Regional Development of 27 April 2009 on granting by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development financial aid for the development of innovative centres under the Operational Programme Development of Eastern Poland 2007-2013 and the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1998/2006 of 15 December 2006 on the application of articles 87 and 88 of the Treaty to de minimis aid and the Commission Regulation No 800/2008 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the common market by virtue of Articles 87 and 88 of the Treaty (General Regulation on block exemption).

The price per m2 and applicable preferences are included in relevant tender documentation.

Production halls

 SINGAPUR TECH

A production hall with an area of ​​3,064.64 m2 is divided into two main functional areas: office space that includes staff facilities and production – storage space.

 YUYAO TECH

2 modules with a total area of ​​3,914.38 m2. Each module consists of a production - storage hall as well as office space that includes staff facilities. The price per m2 and applicable preferences are included in relevant tender documentation.

 RECIFE TECH

2 modules with a total area of ​​3,914.38 m2. Each module consists of a production - storage hall as well as office space that includes staff facilities. The price per m2 and applicable preferences are included in relevant tender documentation.

 ROMA TECH

The building consists of 10 production and office modules located on the ground floor of the hall occupying the space of ​​555.14 m2 to 579.88 m2 and 10 office premises located on the mezzanine floor occupying the space of ​​181.02 m2 to 184 m2.

The total space of ​​ROMA TECH hall is 8,349.42 m2 including the rental space of 7,528.14 m2.
